Come Heal With Me
Hi my name is Marania. I am a passionate Yogini whose purpose or Dharma as called in Yogic Traditions is to support my peers in embracing their authentic selves through practices that have and continue to support me on my journey: Reiki (Energy healing), Hawaiian massage and Pranayama (Breathwork and so much more).
Reiki and Pranayama have been a powerful allies in my personal healing journey which is why I decided to share them with the world.
I was drawn to Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, a spiritual body work practice that resonated with my heritage and for its graceful and deeply healing relaxing virtues. It's a beautiful restorative gift I'm delighted to share with the world.
My practice is guided by my heart and intuition. This living from the heart philosophy is the crux of how i choose to live my life, from a place of compassion and care for myself and others. This is why I named my practice Anahata Healing Australia, Anahata being the name for the Heart Chakra in Yogic Traditions.
'Love is the most powerful healing energy. Everything you do with love spreads healing. So feel it, be it and spread it' – Abhishek Kumar
A Heart Based Healing
The Sanskrit, Anahata means 'sound made of two things striking' or 'unstuck', describing the coexistence of body and spirit. Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity.
Anahata is the forth primary chakra that colors our life with compassion, love, and beauty. Driven by the principles of transformation and integration, the fourth energy center is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations.
Anahata represents my practice: a heart-centered healing experience focused on listening and loving kindess aiming to create an environment of safety, comfort and support. Journey with me to balance your energy, clear your blockages, relax tensions in your body and receive positive vital force energy so you feel lighter, healthier, and inspired.
Anahata Healing Australia acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nations as the Traditional Owners of this unceded land on which I live and share my work. I pay my respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging and the Aboriginal Elders of other communities, as well as all the teachers that passed down the ancient wisdom and traditions of Yoga, Aloha and Reiki.
